Alam Timur Industries (ATI) is a manufacturer of high quality stainless steel bolted sectional panel tanks in Malaysia since 1990. These stainless steel sectional tanks are used widely in hospital, food production, pharmaceutical, chemical and other public facilities to meet stringent requirement of hygienic water storage.

STAINLESS STEEL SECTIONAL WATER TANKATI stainless steel water tank panels of either grade SS 304 or SS 316 are produced in two methods that is deep drawn and pressed.
Deep drawn stainless steel panels :
Size : 1.0m x 1.0m panel
Production method : By deep drawing from large capacity press
Features : Light gauge but high strength with deep emboss. 90 degree flanges.
Pressed stainless steel panels :
Size : 1.0m x 1.0m panels and 1.22m x 1.22m panels
Production method : Direct pressing from large capacity press.
Features : Plate thickness is thicker than deep drawn stainless steel panels. Combination of 45/90 degree flanges on all 4 sides. Each panel has a distinct star emboss on the surface.
Reinforcement types for both methods are internally with stainless steel stays or tie rods or externally by hot dipped galvanised pair frames or I beams.
PRESSED STEEL SECTIONAL WATER TANK PANELATI water tank panels are constructed with hydraulically pressed flanged panel in two basic types namely 1.0m x 1.0m and 1.22m x 1.22m. Each standard panel has a distinct star shaped emboss with a combined double flange at 45/90 degrees on each of the 4 sides. ATI water tanks are certified to BS 1564 by Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM).
Internally reinforced Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tank with stays and cleats are widely used for fire protection system and air conditioner make up storage tank. External reinforcements with pair frames or I beams can also be provided depending on choice.
ATI do provide mild steel tank panel with coating such as hot dipped galvanised, bitumen painted and epoxy. HDPE lining internally for pressed steel storage tank is also available to meet client’s requirement.
