Though “Sikit Atas” might not roll easily off the tongue for expats, it’s a Malay expression that means “just a bit better than the rest” – something that transcends the norm. Prices are incredibly reasonable, there’s live music Tuesday through Friday nights, and the fantastic happy hour specials are among the best in town (check the website).
