Even before reaching this stall which operates without signboard, you'll see stallholder Mr Sarif flipping satays over a coal grill from a distance. Upon closer observation, you'll notice that every stick of satay is slightly charred and this can only be achieved through quick fanning and flipping of satay sticks. His skills are comparable to the famous Kajang satay.
