What you should know about Palacio
Palacio's wine cellar is stocked with the most sophisticated and refined collection of French and Spanish wine. Monsieur Olivier Jauze, owner of the restaurant, first came to Malaysia two years ago with a dream of introducing authentic Southern French and Spanish cuisine to Malaysian palates with reasonable pricing. There is however a few hidden bottles of Australian and Italian wines too. To complete the picture, Palacio also has a great selection of cigars to complement the wine.
Palacio means 'Palace' in Latin. His dream came true in April 2005 with the opening of Palacio Restaurant.
