What you should know about KPJ Sentosa Medical Centre
We started on 8 May 1952 as a private dispensary at No. 329, Batu Road, and was named Tan Dispensary. The name of the dispensary was changed from Tan Dispensary to Kelinik Sentosa Nursing Home in October 1972 and subsequently to Sentosa Medical Centre in October 1979. In October 1972, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, we shifted to No. 316, Kuala Lumpur for further expansion of our services. In order to accommodate overwhelming response for medical care, Kompleks Damai, Jalan Chemur, located at No. 36, we have expanded our services and shifted to this present 200 bedded 8 storey modern hospital with basement parking, 50400 Kuala Lumpur on 1 January 1993.
