= Dining set. We came to operation since 19th August 2012 and currently we offer two (2) units houses for daily rental by visitors and travellers who wish to experience a comfortable stay in Lahad Datu at the price as cheap as RM40 to RM100 per day.

= Medium size rice cooker.
= 24 square inch fridge.
= Dining table for four person.
= Clothes iron with ironing board.
= 21" television & DVD player.
= Couch.
= Towels.
= Writing desk with chair.
= Wardrobe closet with mirror.
= Bedside table.
= Wooden bed with mattress and pillows.
= All bedrooms fully air conditioned.
Amenities at each rooms are as follows.
RM100.00 Three rooms rental.
RM70.00 Two rooms rental.
RM40.00 One room rental.
Every units we offered has three (3) rooms in which was initially designed for 5 person stays (two rooms with queen bed and one room with a single bed).
